Here is a neat photo submitted by Melissa M. of the night sky as viewed from the Metolius River. Regrettably, the Metolius runs through Central Oregon and thus, isn’t a “Portland area photo” making it ineligible for this contest…but it’s a cool photo and I had to share it. Thank you Melissa!
