Swimming Holes and Body Art

This is another familiar Portland summertime scene from James L. In a city name for our access to water, there are no shortages of local swimming holes which we use to escape the rare heat. It is also a chance for our tattooed locals to show off their body art in what has become something else Portlandians have come to be known for. Thank you James!
