Here is a great entry from Claudia H. I have always loved these little toy ponies that are tied up to the old horse hoops left from the days of horses wondering the streets. I am always impresses with the fact that you seldom see one vandalized in any way. They are a subtle reminder of the affection we Portlandians all share for our unique style and history this city has.
